Trellys Vault runs a daily encrypted backup of the legal software your firm depends on. Today that covers Filevine, LeadDocket, and Microsoft 365. Each snapshot is stored in an immutable archive with full history retained, completely separate from your live systems and inaccessible to anyone with credentials to them.
If a system goes offline, your team works directly from the vault copy. If a file is deleted by mistake, restore the exact version from any prior snapshot. If an attack or insider threat destroys live data, the vault is untouched. The attacker never had access to it. In all three cases, recovery is a matter of selecting the snapshot you want and restoring.
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored in compliance with HIPAA retention requirements.
