Terms of Service

This is a placeholder terms of service. The legal-reviewed master agreement is in progress and will replace this page before any paid customer signs up. Paid customers sign a Master Services Agreement that supersedes anything on this page. For questions, contact legal@trellys.com.

Use of the service

Trellys provides workflow automation software, advisory services, standards, and support. You are responsible for the data you connect, the workflows you configure, and the actions your team takes through the platform.

No warranty for placeholder period

The service is provided "as is" while these terms are placeholders. The full MSA includes uptime, support response, and indemnity commitments.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination we return your data and delete it from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
