What we collect

Information you provide (name, work email, firm name, practice area) when you request a demo or sign up. Operational data your firm chooses to integrate (Filevine, Clio, EHR, email, etc.), only what's needed to run the workflows you've configured.

How we use it

To run the workflows your firm has configured, to support your account, and to communicate about the service. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Sub-processors

Anthropic (AI inference, zero-retention API), Fly.io (hosting), Neon (per-firm databases for BI/reporting), Outseta (auth + billing), Microsoft / Filevine / Clio / LeadDocket (integrations you authorize). Full list available on request.
