Document to Field Extraction

When a configured trigger fires, a specific document is read and its values are written directly into your case fields.

Configured per use case. When a trigger fires (a phase change, a new tag, a status update, or a request to backfill missing fields), the right document gets pulled, the values you care about get extracted, and they land directly in your case fields. Live example: when a case enters Disburse phase, the Final Breakdown gets read and the settlement amount, attorney fee, and flat case fee land in the casesummary section. Used at scale, it improves data quality across your cases and the reports built on top of them.
